The Stingrays are a summer swim team for swimmers ages 4–18, focused on building skills, confidence, sportsmanship, and team pride. We can’t wait to see everyone back on the pool deck!
We are thrilled to welcome back our head coach, Eboni McCarty, for another fun and successful season leading our swimmers!

Stingrays: Our stingrays team is part of the Atlanta Swim Association (ASA) swim league for kids (ages 6-18) who are able to swim one length of the pool unassisted. Swimmers in this program will be eligible to participate in up to five dual Tuesday night meets against other neighboring swim clubs. The season ends with a Championship meet at Georgia Tech. After school practices for this group are offered Monday thru Thursday. Once DeKalb schools are out, morning practices are held Monday thru Friday, with three alternative afternoon practices for swimmers who are not able to attend morning practice.
Rising Rays: Young children who cannot yet swim the entire length of the pool are invited to join our Rising Rays group (provided they are fully potty trained and ready to learn). The rising rays are swimmers, generally under 6 years old, that are not able to swim the length of the pool unassisted. Coaches work with a smaller group of 3 - 4 swimmers so they receive more individual attention. The goal is to assist them with their swimming skills in small groups so they can grow into confident swimmers. There are 2 "mini" meets during the season where the swimmers have their own meet cheered on by their parents and coaches! Every swimmer will receive ribbons and a treat at the end of each of these meets. Swimmers who become able to swim the length of the pool unassisted during the season are eligible to "graduate" to the U6 practice and swim in the regular Tuesday night swim meets. Rising Rays are considered members of our swim team and receive a participation medal at the end of season banquet.
