Dear Stingrays,

I hope you are having a pleasant evening. I wanted to inform you of some changes to our practice schedule for this week.

• Our first practice of the season, originally scheduled for Monday, will now be moved to Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. There will be no practice on Monday due to my statistics exam.
• Additionally, there will be no practice on Friday as I will be attending my college graduation.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause and appreciate your understanding during this busy time. Regularly scheduled practices will resume next week as planned.

Thank you for your flexibility, and I look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday as we kick off our season together!
