Greetings Stingrays!

Here is some more general information about the ASA meet tomorrow morning:

• Plan to be in front of the GA Tech facility by 7:25 AM tomorrow. I know this is early, but our team entry time is at 7:40 and we must enter entirely as a team per league rules. If you are late, we will have to send a coach away from our swimmers to come and walk you in.
• We absolutely need some volunteers to serve as timers for the ASA. Please sign up on the NUSC SwimTopia page for the ASA meet (https://nusc.swimtopia.com/swim_meets).
• We will also need some volunteers to help organize our swimmers and get them to their bullpens throughout the meet. Again, sign up using the NUSC SwimTopia page.
• It looks like there are no more reservations available in the W10 parking lot. If you have not already purchased parking, you will have to park in the W02 lot at 355 Ferst Drive (Student Center Lot). This lot only allows you to pay at the gate, and spots cannot be reserved on Park Mobile. The W02 lot is a 5 minute walk away from the pool facility (see attached map).
• Our swimmers will be seated on the swim deck in row H. Parents will sit in the stands in the designated spectator area, which is distinct from where our swimmers will sit! Parents are not allowed on the pool deck, so make sure that your kids have everything they need with them. You will not be able to come down onto the deck to talk to them or give them anything once they are down there.
